FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping* for orders over $150 AUD. For orders below $150 AUD, there is a delivery fee based on the following rates:
The shipping cost will depend solely on the weight of the product. At Gleam Harmony, we always strive to offer the best shipping conditions and prices through our partners.
Order Processing and Shipping:
Our products are made on demand to ensure the highest quality. The average processing time for formulation and packaging is approximately one week. After processing, orders are dispatched using GLEAM HARMONY's partner carrier.
Shipping Time Estimates:
- For orders shipped to Canada, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
- For orders shipped to the United States, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
- For Australia orders, please allow up to three weeks for delivery.
Tracking Your Order:
A tracking number will be provided for each order. We encourage you to check your delivery confirmation email to track your order and estimate the delivery date.
Once the order is collected by the carrier, a tracking code will be provided and sent to the email registered at the time of purchase. Please also check your spam folder. If you do not receive the tracking code within 10 days after payment confirmation, please contact us through the support channel. We will refund the amount for purchases that are lost during transit or exceed 60 days after payment confirmation for delivery. If there is any logistical issue with your order, we will make a full refund of your purchase immediately after these verification steps.
Please Be Aware:
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times and carrier delays. We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties charged upon delivery. For any questions or concerns about your order, please contact our customer service team.
Please ensure availability for delivery at the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will need to collect the order from a collection point indicated by the carrier near your address. Storage fees may apply if not collected within 7 consecutive days, depending on the carrier. The fee amount depends on the weight/volume of the product. GLEAM HARMONY is not responsible for storage costs of products that were not delivered due to customer failure to receive them.
